Appliances Online Improves Delivery Service for Kitchen Appliances

Kitchen appliance specialist Appliances Online are, for the first time, offering customers the option of installation on delivery for most of their large appliances. Previously only “wet connects” like washing machines were covered.
Customers can choose to have their appliance connected at a fee of £19.99 for appliances that need plumbing in like dishwashers and washing machines or £9.99 for “dry connects” like fridges and freezers.
Appliances not covered by the new scheme include hobs, cookers and ovens, which need installation by a qualified gas or electrical engineer, and those which require building into a property like extractor fans.
The move comes after some customers fed back that they struggled to move large items like fridge freezers into place even after they had been delivered and unpacked in the kitchen.
Appliancesonline.co.uk specialises in large kitchen appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge freezers and cookers. They offer 7 day delivery, next day delivery up until 6pm, price match promise and 10 day no fuss returns.
