Some cool consumer reports on kitchen appliances images:

See this? This is the dishwasher that was delivered on Sunday by the "helpful" guy from Sears who gave me this. Do you see what it’s not doing? Washing dishes!
This is because no one came to install it on Monday, in spite of the assurances by the delivery guy. After an hour of phone calls, Sears claimed that the delivery guy was supposed to install it, which of course he couldn’t, but what are you going to do? Those crazy characters! It’s like an episode of Abbott & Costello that costs 0!
Now we’re in this limbo state in which no one is installing the dishwasher, so it’s just sitting in our kitchen while Sears spends our money and we fail to keep up with hand washing. I guess it was all just a silly misunderstanding on my part. When I heard the delivery guy say that the installer would come on "Monday", I assumed it meant that the installer would come on Monday. But what he actually meant by "Monday" was "never". My mistake!
To summarize: although Consumer Reports can rate the quality of a dishwasher, it cannot rate the competence of the bozos you pay 0 to come install it. In conclusion, never buy appliances at Sears.
