Attractive storage ideas?

I recently found these beautifully decorated photo boxes that are great storage for small items anything, and also have a place to write the contents on the outside. Have you found anything attractive for storage (for any room)?

My house came with this old beat-up sofa table (the kind you put against the back of the sofa). I put it in the eating area, where a buffet would go, and placed 5 nice-looking waste bins under it. This is where I sort my recyclables. It looks really great: kinda rustic. People can’t believe that I put my garbage there!
