What I Love: It’s QUIET! Compared to my Cuisinart, this thing is whisper quiet.
What I Hate: The bowl is unwieldy and difficult to hold while transferring ice cream to another container. I consider it a design flaw that a handle of some sort wasn’t attached to the bowl. What a pain in the butt.
