I am 23 and i run a part of a company you all know why? because i went to a office with 3 persons like him and 20 ppl putting pressure on me to get them out to work. NOW I AM FUCKING AWSOME AND UNBEATEABLE in doing my job. in military they treat you like that to build your caracter and leadership and it works (normal military not americans they are trained to be murderers)

@Eufrozina85 Problem is, that the winner is supposed to start working in a high-class restaurant as a chef. Hence the drilling. A chef in a well-renowed restaurant has to be unfaltering. Has to be in control. Has to know what, when, and how he’s taking matters in their own hands. Yes, he’s harsh, but in the end, the stakes are quite high.
Sometimes I feel that if Ramsay wouldn’t shout so much like someone who’s lost his mind, there were less pressure and better working atmosphere, not like in a race or something. There are people who cannot achieve under pressure and menace. I bet Josh is the type
Of course I understand that it’s a show, and people wouldn’t watch it if the contestants cooked next to each other in silent cooperation

Maybe my point needs explaining… the fact that you used the term ‘brit’ in junction with your insult suggests that being British enhances the effect of the slur (even if that was not how it was intended, you need to be careful because commenting like that will be taken offensively).
