Hoew do I adhere the base holder of the kitchen sink spray hose to the porcelain of the sink?

Trying to re-stick the base of the kitchen sink water hose to it’s spot just to the right of the main faucet, so it no longer comes right out of the hole in the porcelain when I raise the hose to use. I haven’t been able to find a suitable adhesive.

Go to an auto parts place and get the kit that they sell for affixing rear view mirrors to the windshield glass, it should work on porcelain. Be sure to read the instructions and apply it to your situation.

Under the sink there is a nut that screws on to the holder & if it comes loose or if it is plastic & cracks, then you either need to tighten it or get a new one.
