I ironed a shirt on top of a towel on my wood kitchen table and it lightened the wood in that spot !!! What do

Exactly where I ironed my shirt it lightened the table. What do I do?
Is there a quick fix or do I have to refinish the whole damn thing? HELP!!

    refinish, think of it like the worst cup stain you could ever have.

    Usually with this kind of problem, there is no quick fix, well at least one that looks good.
    Trying to match stains isn’t easy, as the shades tend to be very similar.
    If you have a good eye for color,. buy a couple of those small stain cans, and see if you and get a good match. Sometimes you can improve on it, with mixing a couple of stains for the right shade.
    Best results, will be if you sand the whole table and restain it, and polyurethane the finish.
