How about a nice book case and a wine cooler or a beautiful serving cart with a cuting block………all the little trick stuff that they might like to use………..does mom like a tv……put a nice one in her kitchen……..only if they spend time there….otherwise no……………
is my resource for remodeling my 60 year old house on a budget. I resently redid my kitchen…sand, prime, paint, new hardware…took brown varnish to…a vanilla cream, yellow, and crome modern kitchen. There was a lot more to it but my point is paint is $17 a gallon and hardware is as much as $5 a fixture. This is what they’ll tell you and show you at DIY network.
