Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of the spot?

  1. KS says:

Try some varnish for the table. (If it’s wood). Just make sure that it will blend in with the wood.

My mother suggests peanut butter. (I know, sounds weird) But if it dosn’t work, it won’t make it worse!

  3. AC_mechanic says:

If it is finished with laquer or varnish you are going to probably have to refinish it. Fingernail polish remover is bad stuff to spill on furniture. The finish is probably ruined, but I am not expert.

I know I spilled some on my mothers sewing machine table about 20 years ago and it never was able to be repaired.

Can I recommend a table cloth??
