Organizing Tip of the Day- Kitchen with Kids

When organizing your kitchen keep your kids in mind! By making them a special spot for their dishes, snacks and juice you are encouraging independence and teaching responsibility. And of course, saving yourself some much needed time! Make a schedule for your kids. Kitchen Organizing tips

    I’m a homeschooling mom, so these tips are great. we also have a schedule, (stuck on my bedroom door.) I love your ideas for the kitchen too, fab for food/snack control. You are awesome!!!

    I LOVE the Idea of cutting up the fres Veggies like that=) and the Grapes and things set at their level. GREAT VIDEO!

    I had a Friend that had to Read a Book if she didnt have Homework at her time for Home Work and she was realy smart because of that=)

    @Melohhdee I have seen these bench/shoe holders at both Walmart and Ikea. I have also seen people turn an old bookcase into an entrance way masterpiece. Leave one shelf on the bottom for shoes. Remove the top two shelves and screw coat hooks into the back of the shelf (if the back is only cardboard, screw right through into wall) for coats and backpacks. On the top put baskets for gloves, scarves, umbrella’s etc. On the outside but hooks for keys, message board and a hanging mail sorter!

    i have a small entry way it a small vinyl mat and it opens up into the living room as well as the dinning room. any tips for placing shoes, coats, maybe an area to sit down while putting your shoes on, oh! and on a budget =)
