Whenever I had access to a blender, I always made milkshakes. My friend Stefano gave me a blender and I made my first ever homemade smoothie.
Using my four years of experience at Jamba Juice, I was able to throw this together without measuring and you can see how it resulted in a thick and perfect pour.
Ingredients: Minute Maid orange juice, Breyer’s Smooth & Dreamy vanilla bean ice cream (half the fat, fewer calories), some mango chunks, and 20 grams of whey protein. No ice.
Notice how the blender has only one speed!
